About Us
Daniel has been dancing for many years, enjoys swing dancing and hopes to see you out on the dance floor.
Karynn was introduced to the world of dance through her big sister during high school, studying lyrical jazz. Later, she leapt into swing at the Crystal Ballroom, literally, as she was inspired by the high flying aerials. Her love of air steps continue to this day and she also enjoys exploring the finer points of Lindy Hop, Charleston and Balboa. Karynn and Daniel met while dancing at the Viscount Ballroom and have been dancing together for over 7 years. Karynn currently manages the swingtimepdx website and works with Swing Time to help organize and promote its numerous events and as a performer in the Jumptown Hoppers performance troupe.
